**Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire National Park**
Your driver-guide will pick you up from your hotel or lodge in Arusha and transfer you to Tarangire National Park. Once there, enjoy a game drive and a picnic lunch amidst the park’s stunning landscapes. Tarangire is renowned for its impressive elephant herds and iconic baobab trees. Each year, the park becomes a central hub in a migratory cycle that attracts up to 3,000 elephants, 25,000 wildebeest, and 30,000 zebras.
**Day 2: Mto wa Mbu to Serengeti National Park**
After breakfast, drive to Serengeti National Park, traveling through Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Enjoy the scenic drive through the picturesque highland farmlands of Karatu before descending into the Serengeti, known for its expansive grasslands that stretch endlessly into the horizon.
Arrive in the Seronera section of the park, renowned for its abundant wildlife, thanks to the Seronera River, which provides a crucial water source and attracts a diverse array of animals. After arriving in time for lunch, embark on an afternoon game drive in the Serengeti to explore its rich wildlife.
Dinner and overnight accommodations will be at Nyani Campsite.
**Day 3: Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Crater**
After an early breakfast, depart Serengeti National Park and drive towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Enjoy game drives en route, providing opportunities to spot wildlife in transit.
Along the way, visit a Maasai village for a 30-minute cultural experience, offering insight into the traditions and lifestyle of this native tribe.
Arrive at Simba Public Campsite in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area for dinner and your overnight stay.
**Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater**
Begin your day early with a picnic lunch as you descend 2,000 feet to the floor of the Ngorongoro Crater in a 4WD vehicle. This "Garden of Eden" is a stunningly preserved volcanic caldera, offering a unique opportunity to explore its diverse landscapes, including lush grasslands, marshes, and woodlands, all supported by a reliable water source.
The crater's rich and varied ecosystems make it a haven for a wide array of wildlife. Enjoy a full day of wildlife viewing as you traverse this remarkable environment. After your exploration, return to the campsite for dinner and overnight stay.
**Day 5: Lake Manyara National Park to Arusha**
After breakfast, depart from the lodge with packed lunch boxes and drive to the gate of Lake Manyara National Park. After clearing all necessary gate passes, enter the park where you'll be greeted by baboons in the lush forested area.
As you continue your safari, you may encounter elephants, gazelles, and the unique tree-climbing lions, among other wildlife. Enjoy a game drive before stopping for lunch.
Following your visit, drive to Arusha for either a transfer to the airport or accommodation at your hotel, concluding your adventure.
